The Annual General Meeting of the Hampshire Archives Trust will be held at Winchester Cathedral in the Paul Woodhouse Room on Saturday 11 October 2025 at 2.00pm. You must be a member or guest of a member to attend.

Chessil pay and display car park is nearest and park and ride is a good option too.

Note David Livermore is standing down at the AGM as chair but remaining a Trustee. The Board of Trustees recommendation of a successor is Alistair Dougall who will stand at the AGM, any member of HAT may put themselves forward as a Trustee or indeed for chairman at the AGM, with proposer and seconder

6. Elections; Members are asked to vote to elect trustees whose term of office ends at this AGM

Any further nominations for new trustees, proposed and seconded and with the consent of the person nominated, should be sent in writing to the Secretary by post or by e mail by 1 October. The nomination form is to be found on the website or available by contacting the Secretary

7. Appointment of Independent Examiner: Martin & Co
8. Grants – the Trust has awarded a number of grants since the last AGM which are outlined in this report
