Hyde900 is a community project in Winchester, Hampshire, formed to celebrate the 900th anniversary of the foundation of Hyde Abbey - the final burial place of King Alfred the Great. Our mission is to bring to light Hyde's rich heritage and contemporary talents in an entertaining and informative way, including exhibitions, displays, talks, commemorations and social events.
