Now you can buy a gift membership (1 year) for the person or group that you care about and who you know will enjoy being part of a community that seeks to unearth and preserve Hampshire’s Heritage. Both our Individual and Group Memberships can now be purchased as Gifts for others. It’s so simple, just go to our ‘Join‘ page and complete the registration form remembering to tick the ‘Is this a Gift?’ box. Once you’ve signed up and ticked this box, you will be prompted by a pop-up window to fill out a form with the fields From(Name), To(Name), To(Email Address), and a Note field where you can provide a message to the recipient.
Once you fill out the form, an email will be sent to the recipient with a link to redeem their gifted subscription to a membership.
After the recipient of the gift receives the email, they can click on the link provided in the email to register for their gifted membership. They will fill out our standard registration form and once they click on the Signup button, their subscription will start. They will then receive a regular e newsletter, a printed newsletter twice a year, discounts on Hampshire Archive Trust events, an invitation to our hosted AGM and the knowledge that they are doing something tangible to support the celebration and preservation of Hampshire’s heritage.
