Join Dr Amy Saunders as she explores heritage sites in Hampshire connected to King Charles I (1600-1649), Queen Henrietta Maria (1609-1669), and their children. This webinar will examine sites including Winchester Cathedral and Carisbrooke Castle discussing how the royal couple are represented within these spaces. It will explore themes including conflict, religious beliefs, identity, and heritage interpretation.
