Hampshire Archives Trust Annual General Meeting

The AGM for 2026 will be held at the The Rifleman’s Museum (known formerly as the Royal Green Jackets), Peninsula Barracks, Romsey Road,      Winchester SO23 8TS on Saturday 10 October 2-4.30pm

The Annual General Meeting of the Hampshire Archives Trust will be held at  the Rifleman’s Museum (formerly Royal Green Jackets Museum) Peninsula Barracks, on Saturday 10 October 2026 at 2.00pm. Tower Street pay and display car park is nearest and park and ride is a good option too.

Please book to attend by e mailing to the secretary by the end of September.

5. Chairman’s Annual Report and Annual Return, 2025-2026 (presented by HAT Chairman Alistair Dougall, with Treasurer David Canniford commenting on accounts). A hard copy of the full return can be obtained from the secretary on request or at the AGM, and can also be found on HAT’s website.
6. Elections; Members are asked to vote to elect or re-elect trustees, president and vice president whose term of office ends at this AGM

Any further nominations for new trustees, proposed and seconded and with the consent of the person nominated, should be sent in writing to the Secretary by post or by e mail by 1 October. The nomination form is to be found with the full papers or e mail the secretary for a copy
